Essential Health and Beauty Diet Regime

I accidently came across a wonderful teaching from a professional life coach named Betty Ming Liu. Betty and I do not know each other. But we are both fascinated and in awe of our mutual teacher, Jeffrey C. Yuen. I am sharing a link to her writings. This is a blog from 2011 called Chinese Medicine Master Jeffrey C. Yuen’s essential health and beauty diet regime. I hope you enjoy Betty Ming Liu as much as I do. https://bettymingliu.com/2011/01/chinese-medicine-master-jeffrey-yuens-essential-health-beauty-diet-regimen/
